John Deere 2350 diesel in oil

My 2350 jd has never failed me until this spring when I went to fire her up. Left fuel in tank, almost full, to prevent water/rust etc every winter. I do this with my 826 International too. Checking the oil/water/fuel tanks I found diesel running out the dipstick port! Had to drain and put in new oil. Now whenever I park the tractor the fuel will leak into oil pan overnight so I have to siphon out remaining fuel or else.........Where is the leak? Tractor runs great! No over heating! thanks

I had this issue with my 820. Diaphragm in the mechanical fuel pump failed, allowing fuel to enter the crankcase. Replaced the fuel pump and problem solved. Other possibility is injector pump. Much more expensive fix I am told.

Thanks coverbridge, ur prolly rite on fuel pump as now I remember on an old car I owned back in the '60s had that happen! I will remove the lines and use an electric fuel pump

I agree with coveredbridge check lift pump 1st and if that's not the cause then change seals on inj pump driveshaft.

That was it! I replaced with electric fuel pump and ran it haying monday and tuesday, no leak in oil pan. thanks all
