John Deere 3020gas model won't start or turn over

I have a John Deere 3020 the gas model I had the starter rebuild and I replaced ignition switch but the tractor still will not start or turn over but unless I jumped the solenoid that's on the starter it'll start but as soon as I take my screwdriver off it shuts off I am getting power from the battery to the starter I know that much but after that I'm not sure what else to do ????

Sounds as if neutral start switch on RH side of trans case isn't operating as designed or relay in photo isn't operating as designed. If relay is at fault it's probably not receiving a good ground connection. Testing with a volt meter or test light would probably reveal the problem
