JD 4066R
I have a new JD 4066R that I have installed the top/tilt kit on which works great. I would like to also install the down force kit but according to JD web-site for 'custom build' you can't install both. I have looked at the diagram for the down force kit and don't see why it wouldn't work - but I am probably missing something. I am wondering if because the top/tilt takes up 2 sets of SCV valves if they are afraid there aren't enough SCV valves as they top/tilt plugs into the 4th & 5th SCV on the back. However, I've plugged the top/tilt into the 1st and 2nd SCV as I had the 3 extra sets of SCV's installed. So I'm wondering.... is it possible to get the down force kit installed and keep the top/tilt kit? Would love any thoughts! THANK YOU!

Welcome to TractorByNet(TBN) from Ea WA. There may be some interference between the top part of top/tilt & the down force kit. I seldom hear of anybody having the down force kit. I'm sure somebody with more knowledge on this will be along shortly.

Nice machine.
