john deere 4105 kicking out of 4 wheel drive

Has any one had a problem with a john Deere 4105 kicking out of 4 wheel drive when backing up mine has done it since it was new and now it only has 95 hours on it. It went to service last week and was split in half and all new parts installed got it back and its doing the same thing now they tell me it has a recall to replace the hole center housing. Any body seen the same problem ?
