John Deere 430 3 point and injection Pump help

My buddy has a John Deere 430 and needs help on how the 3 point hitch mounts on the rear end. Does anyone have any pictures or a website you could link me to for some help...

Also we are looking to turn the injection pump up to have some fun and to add some power. Does anyone know how to do this???? THANKS for all the help
