John deere 4300 3 point hitch will not hold position

Anything on my 3 point will not hold position. Can't even hold up light pine straw rake. I'm thinking internal seal leaking fluid. Anyone had this issue?

I think you're correct. It sounds like fluid may be bypassing an internal seal.
