John Deere 4310 Won't Move

I have a John Deere 4310 and it rolled back when I was getting it out to use it and then it wouldn't go forward or backward. I have had this happen in the past and replaced a fuse and was up and running. I looked and replace a couple fuses and checked the connection on the seat to make sure it was plugged in as this has come apart in the past as well. That looked fine.

The code was orginally long and three shorts....now it is just a solid when I turn the key.

Not sure why the code changed....maybe the fuse was bad at first....

I appreciate any ideas.......

It is an HST....the fluid level appears up in the window as well....

I had and have the same issue with mine. When i unbolt the fuse and relay panel and the computer and reinstall them it seems to go away for a while. It's not a fix but may get you back up and running for awhile. I would have to assume that one of the plugs is not making a good connection or perhaps there may be a broken wire that is covered by the insulation that i have not found. I will dig deeper this weekend and let you know if i find anything.

Long and 3 shorts means code 9. Both froward and reverse pedals were pressed at the same time. the reason it went away is it automatically re-calibrates when both pedals return to neutral. I would look at the pedals from the underside, check for broken return springs or you might just want to lube them up to help to return to neutral. While under there look for any hanging wires and push the wires back into the connectors.

All long flashes is there was a pedal pushed with the seat switch showing open. May be the seat switch problem again.
