John Deere 4600 shuts off when put in gear,

John Deere 4600 shuts off when put in gear, I bypassed the seat switch which is just a year old, same results. It doesn't stall out, it shuts down, Not sure if it is a fuse, or another switch that might be the issue. Checked wire harness and don't see any breaks of chewing up to the engine.

Did you check to see if any switches by the shift?
