John Deere 5103 Jumps Out Of Third Gear

I recently bought a 2005 John Deere 5103. The tractor only has less than 200 hours on it. It seems to come out of 3rd gear in any range. I was just curious if any other owners have had this issue? It does not do this in any other gear. Thanks in advance.
