I have a John Deere 5103 with a 512 loader and I have lost my up and down tilt which leads me to believe my loader valve is out.. I priced a new one from John deere and its was around 755 dollars. I was looking at some prince valves online and just wanted to get pointed in the right direction for which valve I needed for my loader. Thanks

Swap your hoses for the lift and see if you have the correct answer.

You need to trouble shoot the exact cause before order anything.
Try this to test valve. Remove the hoses on the curl cyl and cap the rod side, and put a hyd gage on the base end hose, and Push/pull the curl lever. The valve should go into relief mode, both fwd and rev, and the gage should show the hyd pump pressure.
If the valve checks good, then the cyl must move if good. If no cyl movement, suspect the below statement.
You may have separated the rod from the piston, and the fluid is just circulation through the hole in the piston. Nothing will happen and the bucket will just hang.

Does the relief ever activate. Put a hyd gage on the curl circuit and tell me what you read.

Install a hyd gage and tell us what the pressure is at the input to the valve, with the curl lever activated, then with the loader in neutral, activate the 3pt with a load on it and read the pressure on the gage.
Have you verified that the pump is even pumping? If the pump is pumping and there is enough fluid, and you add resistance like a cyl or 3pt, to the hyd circuit, something is going to move. A gage will help find the problem.
If you do need a loader valve and it is open center, then this valve should work.

If it should happen to be closed center,this valve should still work with the closed center kit .
