I just looked in JDParts, they don't show the cylinder clearly enough to help you 100%, but they do list seal kits.
Can you post a picture of the end (where the rod exits)? Some gland nuts use snap rings, some are threaded, some need a special spanner...but basically you remove the gland nut, pull the rod out and replace the seals. It's a very easy job.
