I have a 6200 John Deere cab tractor with a 16 speed power quad transmission. You put it in forward or reverse and it does what it wants to sometimes it will take off sometimes it wont and just sit like its in neutral but its in gear. Sometimes when it does take off you will be driving and its just like its kicked into neutral. Shifter feels a lot tighter than it use to. It didn't start this till this cold weather and will not do nothing at all till it warms up about 20 minutes and its 25 degree weather. It can warm up an hour and still not work right. I changed the oil and the filters and the problem went away for a short time and it worked good now its back to not working right.
