John deere 625i starter replacing??

Hey my name is Tim and I am replacing a starter on a John deere 625i Gator. Can't get it out to me I looks like I need to remove the engine pully / clutching unit and trans pully to remove shrowed and get starter out. Is that correct or is there a trick??

the outer shroud only has to come off and will give you access a couple of the starter bolts, then remove alternator and take starter out that side
