John Deere 630 grill

I am restoring a John Deere 630. I bought a new grill and then when putting it back together I am having a heck of a time. The bolt holes don't line up evenly, leaving a small gap on one side. I have tried everything, anyone have ideas what I am doing wrong?

I have heard of Reproduced parts not fitting correctly. I will probably be running into the same problem one day when I replace the ones on my 435.

Probably nothing. You got a bad part. There are sources thru' the Two Cylinder Club to secure a good grill. There's also a tool which you can get to repair/ straighten your old grill if it's not too badly bent out of shape.
