Get it started(whatever it takes) Put a half pint of any ATF in a full tank of fuel and run it through-will fix a sticky rack(if not completely frozen). Modern diesel does not have enough lubricity for older tractors! You'll have to add lube to every tank

My 650 was always hard to start until I started mixing Power Service in the fuel,a little boost in the cetane might help.Also it is gravitey fed,anything less than half a tank and it wont pick up prime.
