John Deere 6675 skid steer loader, problems!!!!

Hi all,
I am thinking of buying the above machine, but it does have a problem. Currently the machine in not in running condition, but I am told that the problem is when you raise the boom / bucket the engine shakes voilently. They say its ok when move forward / backwards.
So the machine just sits there.
Where to look for the problem and what to do about it.
I have factory manual, no info, have contacted several JD agents, no help, not interested.
I live in the jungle of Borneo and this is the only machine!!

Has somebody been working on the hydraulics lately? Just a guess, but sounds like maybe hoses reconected wrong or a restriction in a valve causing a overload on the main pump.
