John Deere 690B Excavator Questions

I just bought this machine and have a question. The machine will never swing until its warmed up good but all other functions work. It is very consistent and once it starts to swing it is fine for the rest of the day? It seems as if its locked until it warms up but I never touch the house lock switch any ideas? Thanks
