If it is not MFWD, I would say that is on the high side. How many hydraulics, loader ready, condition of tires, stored inside or out and other options will affect price? 2WD just doesn't sell as well any more. Many farmers will pass on a tractor like that unless it is a backup or secondary tractor. Green paint always seems to command more $$. I have a JD 4520 CUT. Other newer tractors are 2008 CASE-IH 125 Maxxum PRO (125hp) and 245 Magnum (245hp) both with MFWD. These were our first MFWD larger ag tractors. My 125 will out spec a similar sized JD 7230, has more options and cost 20K less. I was originally wanting a JD but have been very satisfied with my CASE-IH.
We traded our Case-IH 2wd 8930 (180 pto hp) in for the 245. The 8930 is a litlle bigger than the 7810. It had 3,900 hours and was in good to very good condition. We got 55K for trade-in after bargaining for the new tractor. The 8930 was resold from the dealer in a month.
