john deere 790 and yanmar tiller

Anyone know if yanmar tiller (1500) will work on the john deere 790? Was told that the rear tires may contact the tiller. But was also told that with four wheel drive that this would not be a problem. any help

Most likely the front of the tiller will rub against the tires. Yanmar used an odd little 2 piece top link on their tillers that probably won't fit the 790. The best way to work around this is to add some extensions that will move the lift pins on the tiller forward about 6 inches.
