John Deere 850 hydraulics problem

I have a john deere 850 and in the fall of last year, the hydraulics greatly slowed down, then stopped working all together. Every cylinder, front end loader, back hoe, stabilizers is not working. In the past in the cool/cold weather it would take awhile for the hydraulics to warm up. I had an earlier issue that seemed to be fixed when I replaced the oil filter. I tried the "quick fix" again with a change of the oil filter but no improvement. I have read posts that suggest to change the filter screen. I don't think my tractor has one. It has power steering. I haven't adjusted any of the valves/settings. I can only think at this time that the pump went bad.

Any suggestions?

If you have a sump filter did you inspect, clean, replace it?

Particulates (black, tar-like contaminants) — plug filters quickly.

Sludge in many circulating lube oil systems can gum up flow controls, strainers, and critical oil ways

Is this the filter you changed? I saw no sump screen in the PC.

the filter I replaced is a typical canister type. It is inline with the low pressure side.

Later model 850's had this hyd filter.

that's the one I have. Would there be anything else "Clogged"? Otherwise, since it is all of the hydraulics would that narrow it down to the pump?
