John Deere. 955. Rock shaft linkage problem. need help

Yesterday while pushing snow on my JD 955 the selective handle went slack, which caused the front end loader not to move. I noticed from the selective handle base went to a connection with a bolt through it, and that attached to another small lever. I can see that the end of the small lever look like it might attach to something else. I am unable to see what it is.
I assume it is another part that controls the Rockshaft valves.

My question is how and what I have to remove in order to see what was broke.
Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks joecdeere now I know what is on the other end of the bracket. Could not find that drawing on line.
