John Deere Belly Mower deck

Does anyone know if a 60" belly mower deck from a JD 855 will fit on a JD 755? I am being told the chassis size is the same....

Welcome to TBN

The deck is the same, but the attaching hardware may be different. A search of www.jdparts.com may turn up the answer for you-I can't do it now (at work) for you. Registering is free, and it's the same basic system the dealers use at the parts counter.

Yes decks are the same, but attaching hardware is different, 855 is 6" longer than 755.
FYI I do have attaching hardware for a 755 in a box i need to find a home for.

I am looking to buy the 755 that does not have a mower deck but I did find one for an 855. If I do buy this 755, I will let you know. How much do you want for the 755 hardware?

Hi, did you find any info about the 755 deck, i have the tractor but am looking to put a belly deck on it. i think the 445 60" deck will work but don't know about the lift system or draft arms. AL

I know this was a year ago, but does anyone still have any brackets for the 855 (or even the 755 as they could probably be welded)
