john deere gator 825i in snow

/ john deere gator 825i in snow #11
If I was having to go into some formidable snow territory frequently, no doubt, I would throw the tracks on. Yet another reason I probably will get the 825i. I am always amazed at the different things that can be added to it and make it fit just about any need. Diesel? Well, it does have it's place. Just not mine. Nothing against diesel as I go thru quite a bit of it in a year. But have observed the other farmers, ranchers, etc in my area, and the JD dealer is selling gassers 10 to 1 over diesels to the farm/ranch community, and some are even turning in their diesels for gasser versions. Just not motivated to pay more and go diesel on the gator. Nothing against those who do. If it works for them, by all means do it.

When it comes to snow a regular old sled is the way to go.....faster...smoother....handle better....better on fuel and they'll haul a pile of crap too
