John Deere Grain Drill Model Identification

I bought a 8 foot grain drill, 12 tubes, and discs and there is no data plate or any other identification on it other than it's JD Greene, has yellow wheels, and big John Deere decals on front and rear. The attachment was modified somewhere in it's past life to be a 3 point attachment vice towed. (at least I think that's case based on the welding around the 3 point).

I can figure out the basics of operating the drill, but I need to order some parts for it and would like to get an operators manual.

It has a missing small roller chain.

I wish I could help you. I worked on a few drill lines and support areas but I forget what model numbers they were. I am looking for the model number of one I helped build but can't find mine either. Good luck.

Looking around the internet, I am wondering if this isn't some variation of either a John Deere Model B or a Van Brunt?
