Does John Deere issue service/repair bulletins?
If so how can I find one on a 52 inch quick inch broom?
I had a major failure with my broom, the main shaft got cut (see my other post) and all I can find is a new list of parts Update totaling almost $1000!
Only 1 part broke and Green Farm Parts are telling me that I need to replace parts that look perfectly fine to me and exactly like the new ones. I am not bad mouthing then it all they, have been very good to work with.
I just need to understand how and why we are making this fix. And if I can avoid replacing perfectly good parts
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
John
