My son has a JD LT155 and called me because of mower deck failure. The tractor runs fine but when engaging the deck the left blade not turning. I will be looking at it next week (when he gets home from honeymoon). He said right side turns no problem and cuts. Is there a second belt or a pin? Any help appreciated.
Thanks

Sounds like he was trying to mow while on his honeymoon. Hmmmm??

Only the one timing belt keeping the blades separated. Tough to think that belt is driving one blade and not the other.

Maybe the bolt/screw holding one blade on is not tight (or wasn't tightened) and one blade free and hanging loose on that bolt, thus free to drift. There are no pins in the spindle shafts.

If free, then there may be a worn spindle shaft now, keeping you from getting the two blades back in time with each other.
