John Deere Rotary Broom

I have a J.D. X740 and I love it, but I have access to a J.D. Rotary Broom that a buddy has and was curious if this will fit on my X740. He has a J.D. 455 and has the quicktatch and everything that goes with it, but I'm wondering if anyone else has tried this combination. I am NOT going to buy a new broom as they are just WAY too expensive for what I plan on using it for. Thanks for your help...Brian

Brian, It will work but you will need a retro fit kit for the hydraulics. It's just a four elbows to make it fit your tractor. Those brooms work pretty good in almost all conditions. Good luck
