John Deere X485 help

Hey everyone I could use some help trying to figure out whats going on with me X485. When it first starts up it seems to be running on one cylinder for about 30 seconds to almost a minute sometimes. I verified that by pulling the spark plug wire off the left and right cylinder. When I pull the left there is no change its still running really rough but when I pull the right side it shuts down. So to me my issue is on the left side. The crazy thing is it only happens when you first start it up after that short 30 seconds to a minute it runs great. Any help would be awesome thanks.

Is it possible the coil is bad?

Any signs of coolant on the plug? If this is a new problem after coming off the winter slumber, could it be valves that sticky in the bore? One could try spraying some Seafoam or marvel through the intake as a quick and dirty approach.

I haven't noticed any coolant on the plug but I'll check again. This started during the winter and has slowly gotten worse. it also has a smoke to it that just started yesterday I'm guessing its fuel thats not getting burnt at startup. I did a full tune up on it as well thinking that might help but it didn't change anything.I also ran a heavy dose of Seafoam in the fuel but I'm going to try to spray it like you suggested. Thanks for you input on this.
