John Deere X724 shuts off

I have a John Deere X724 that has developed a problem of just shutting down on its own. Some time it will just stop running as if the key was turned off and some time it will cut out and run very rough as if it is running on one cylinder. The time that it runs between shut downs varies, it can be from a minute to as much as a half an hour. It will usually start right back up after it shuts down. When it is running it runs very good. Checked out the fuel pump and it puts out about 60 pounds of pressure. The spark plugs are new, gas filter is new. Checked all of the wire connector plugs they are good. Anyone have any ideas of what else to check? Or what the problem may be?

The chafe screen and radiator are clean of all debri and the problem is still there. The throttle body air filter is new also,

I have the same issue also plus the blade will disengage at random times & I will need to press the blade control in & out to restart the blades. Looking for a solution.

I think I found a solution in another thread about the blades disengaging. I'm guessing a bad seat switch. I "fiddled" with it yesterday and it hasn't shut down since. I may need to replace it but have yet to see how to remove the old one. It appears I need to take the seat apart. More info later.
