John Deere Ztrak 910A - Deck Left Stuck

Just cleaned my John Deere ZTrak 910A - just got rid of grass and dust - no water used. Now I can't get it out of the highest (5) cutting height. The dial turns but the deck doesn't go down. What did I do wrong? Any suggestions on how to fix? I'm 70 year old Grandma and need to get some mowing done!!! Thanks.

Thinking somehow the linkage is mixed up. I'd take a shot in the dark, but lift the deck with the hydraulic lever as high as it will lift, then turn the height adjuster to its lowest height and bring it back up to say 3". Then lower the deck and see if it will set on the cam at the proper height.
Just hope that works for you.
Others may know more specific detail than I and will chime in.
