It looks like your cotton got wet. Just wondering if you lose any weight due to shrinkage, or does the cotton just get compacted but still weighs the same? It seems that it only rains during harvest time down here.:mad:

Last I checked Deere stock was up substantially over what it was in 2008.

Does that 5101E have trouble pulling that thing around? It dwarfs that tractor so much, that you wouldn't think that tractor could pull it. Much pull easy.

The tractor doesn't actually pull the module of cotton around after it built. The cotton is compressed into the module. That's the 20,000 lbs. that he mentioned. Then a trap door opens on the back of the module builder, and the tractor pulls it off of the module. The cotton can sit on the turnrow until the module truck comes to get it.
