Front-End Loader Johnnybucket actuator repair/replacement

I've got a johnnybucket with power dump. Recently the actuator for the raise/lower function has stopped working. I have taken the motor apart and cannot see anything obviously the problem.

Admittedly, I have limited expertise in this area. I am looking for a replacement motor at the remainder of the actuator seems to be ok. Or in the alternative I would be looking for a replacement actuator. Unfortunately a replacement actuator through the site where i purchased it cost nearly $300.

Can anyone recommend a place to get just the motor or in the alternative an entire replacement actuator?

If that doesn't work, try a search at Google for the words "ebay linear actuator". That should give you the link that I pasted above.

Northern Hydraulics also sells them for less than $300. However, I believe that ebay will be the least expensive alternative.

I've had the JB for 3 years now and it really is everything advertised. I use it on a CC GT2550 and couldn't be happier with it.

We put in a pool a couple of years ago and I had a huge pile of dirt left after installation. Thanks to the JB I was able to move it all myself wherever needed at my own pace. Plus the ease of moving snow. It's paid for itself many times over.
