The 30HP Fotons have not sold in big numbers here. It may be that the chassis is the same as the 40HP, which is much more popular, but I"m not sure. The TY395 engine has been used in many Jinmas, some KAMAs, and most of the little Guilin/Yuchai dozers sold in recent years in the USA so engine parts are easy to get. Any chassis parts that are unique to the 30HP will be difficult to locate here.
Other than that, it should be a decent tractor and if the price is right could be a good buy. Being a Chinese tractor, it might require more maintenance and repair than more common brands but in return it should cost much less to buy.
