Front Drivers 31" mud tire - 0 FEL - 1 ;)

what have you jousted!

haven't jousted much,

but i HAVE performed some kind of tennis back-hand and smacked a few things-

trees,
garage doors,
barrels/garbage cans

watch out when you're backing up and turning at the same time, especially when you're in the highest of 3 reverses! :D

i should add for proper FEL jousting you need bucket teeth :D

a 31" tire makes a exciting yet terifing sound as you punch a 2" wide slit in the side wall and all the air escapes in about 0.5 sec.

You say it like it's a bad thing....

Could have been worse, could have been the wife's car....

That would have been a "bad" thing!

i was mowing and makeing a turn up by the truck and came up 2" short.... spun around thinking i was well clear (least 6") of the truck and perfectly stabbed the front tire with the last (corner) tooth on the FEL. RIGHT in the middle of the sidewall...

I couldnt have nailed it anymore dead on if i had tried. another 2" short, and i would have cleared the truck... 2" long i would have taged the steel wheel and at most put a dent in it.....

but NO i had to perfectly stab the tire.... :p

I switched the fronts to my backup set of AT's ...left the muds on the rear.

(i usually like to drop the FEL when i mow... makes the tractor about 5' shorter and SOOOOOO much easyer to manuver around all my yard obsticals... the reason i bought a HST and mmm in the first place) ;)
