Is this machine worth keeping?

Hey all, I'm new to the MF crowd and I was wondering about the age, HP, and 12v conversion, if necessary. I just brought this home this weekend and I am not sure if I want to keep it.

What is it worth? Can the loader be easily removed? The loader has an external pump from the front of the engine via a shaft through the grill and a hydraulic reserve incorporated in the loader tubing framing. Can anyone tell me about this loader and its specifications? How hard is it to convert the electrical system to 12V?

Thanks in advance for all replies.

Looks like a TO-30 or maybe a 35. The 30 had about 30 hp and the 35 had about 35. Ken Sweet

UPDATE..... Thank you for your responses. I was concerned about ordering the wrong replacement parts so I contacted Agco answers. Several sites were giving me different information and age about this tractor. The rep from Agco Answers said my serial # was interesting since it was very similar to the Harris 44 numbering system; however, the T020 and T030 tractors start with "T0" and my TO # could be a T020 or T030; but my engine # is a T020. So I have a T020; but I imagine I have a T030 frame. He did not mention the loader, however. I will check on that later.
