So basically what I have always known. Ported saws punch above their cc weight size.

When I got that 359 I was told it cut with OE 372 71cc. G466 cuts just like a oem 460 with a DP.
Not the turd 460 with pencil easer side outlet only. SMH

59cc - 76.5cc

upper 12lb range and upper 14lb range G466 is with small inner spike for weight shown. It is little heavier now by double bigger spikes.

Now I have ran the 359 ported with 24" buried ripping and it smiled and said more please. 😂

Thats has far as I would go on it. Stock G466 I have ran 32" buried and it smiles too ripping.

I bought a brand new 359 sometime in the mid 2000's and it was a great saw. Wish I had it back! Are you selling this one or keeping it?

I have 2 359. But guessing your asking about ported one.

How I marked the ported one Xtra Power.

Not sure I have the available cash right now since I just bought a commuter car to save mileage on my truck, but maybe. Are you interested in selling either?

I'd sell any chainsaw for right prices.

But neither of these would be cheap and the ported one double the cost. Good porters are not cheap.

These are my go to anymore if not using the lighter 50cc saws.

I dont even buy the 350 etc for that anymore.

I had a hard time selling my last 2 for 200 after going through. So sold them both to one local for 175 a piece.

Plastic cased saws dont sell good here at all.

If you ever compare the plastic cased saws weigh a hair more then their better mag cased brothers.

IMHO find a 351 353 mag cased even though

I know folks like doing the 350 into 346.

Least the mag cased is money well spent and will get your money back if ever needed to.

or just get a builder like my last OE 346 and put a NE top on it. Parts getting harder to find but found most of the bigs in my group.

Tank, all covers, handle, brake handle etc.

This was my grandfathers. He bought it new at Ekert Brothers in Sugarcreek many years ago. Dad has it now and tries to use it on occasion. He has had it to a shop several times but they can't seem to get it right. I mostly think they just don't want to screw with it so they don't put much into it. It will run until it get warm. Cool little saw when it works.

I took a one owner in trade from a guy I worked with years back.

Some people like those little guys. I didnt after using the one I got here.
Liked my poulan 2000 I had way more that I had bought new in 94.

So I traded it off for some chain.

They were hard to get parts for even way back then. GL.
