Just bought a 3039r

Just bought a 3039r with cab.had dealer install rear tilt and a grapple.dealer has had tractor for 2 weeks now, they say they can not get the rear hydraulics to work with the grapple.are they blowing me smoke,what is going on?

Sounds like your dealer does not understand hydraulics and is just bolting on parts kits.

That is my thought. I can not be the only 3039r with a grapple

I have a 3038e I bought new over a year ago and installed a grapple first thing myself. That may be similar enough to yours to help if you need it.

What I meant was they either know how to do it or they don't. If they don't you can do it yourself.
Just recently I had two dripping cylinders on my backhoe (mine I got as a package). Dealer picked it up, returning it (I paid pu/del) with repacked cylinders. That lasted two days, dripping again. I called manufacturer, climbing ladder to a supervisor who sent me two new cylinders.
I installed, no leaks.
You don't tell dealer what to do but lots of times you can do a better job yourself.

call his bluff, tell him you want to see what they are doing and how they are connecting it up, or tell him to deliver it you will work on it then see if he has it or is waiting on a part or just what is going on, surely they wouldnt be jerking you around on a new sale, i would not trust a dealer like that who isnt honest with you

It sounds like they are they are using the same port for the grapple and the rear till.
