Just bought a Century 3045 today

Hello - I just picked up a 3045 today. Anyone know what type of hydraulic fluid I should use? I assume the fill for that is the one on the back with the sight gauge by the pto.

What is the small white tank on the left under the operators station on the opposite side of the fuel fill?

Does anyone know the year cutoffs for serial number?

Only problem I noticed so far is that the loader doesn't want to lift the tires off the ground at idle, pushing the using the loader lift cylinders, but it lifts the front fine using the tilt cylinders. It'll lift the front with the lift cylinders if I rev it a little.

Ok - I found that the little tank on the left is for the power steering. I did a little work with the loader and I guess it seems to work OK. I am used to using a case 1845C for loader work, and obviously that had far more power than can be expected from the small loader on a compact tractor.
