Kubota BX2350
Just got my BX2350 back from the dealer today... had the step stay kit as well as a new fender installed (it was badly broken on both sides).... The up-side is that I also got new "guide levers" on both the left and right hand sides (they broke when they were replacing the fender)....

The entire reason for this retrofit was that in '07 when I had a gauge panel replacement, they were supposed to have completed the step kit installation and they did not. Since that time, every time I would call and ask if my tractor was covered for the dread "broken fenders syndrome" I was told that it was not covered.... The reason for this; apparently my serial number was removed from the affected list when they completed the gauge cluster replacement but did not install the step kit - the dealer was responsible to complete the work during the meter replacement and did not do the work or did not read the entire bulletin from Kubota....

After the right hand fender broke all the way through I decided that enough was enough and called every dealer in range of me and inquired about getting this fixed and... well, to cut a long story short, my original dealer as well as another dealer called Kubota - Kubota was more than willing to step up to the plate and "make it right" no matter what! They said bring it in "It will be taken care of".....

It was made right.... Thank you Kubota!

Great story, many people lately have had a hard time with Kubota in getting helpful answers and satisfaction with service. My dealer is helpful but many are not.

I bought my 2006 with 180hrs and the only defect it had was the infamous crack in the deck. It looked like someone had attempted to repair it with epoxy. Needless to say, the first time I stepped on the deck it ripped wide open. I thought I was scre........ed. I called my local dealer to inquire on pricing for new fenders. I was unaware of the campain. My dealer filled me in and covered everything even though I was not the original owner.....

Honestly.... I have been waiting to see how long it would take someone to notice, and then comment on that.... She is a 10yr old Jack Russell that LOVES to ride the tractor with me..... She sits on the left running board and goes everywhere.....
