Just getting started again after being out of farming many years and going to have fun.
Have one acre planned for planting this year, and more next year as I get the ground prepared.
At 80, you tend to take things slower, but I get them done... slow but sure..
As for crops.... everything I can think of..... :laughing: I bought a freeze dryer to take care of overflow.

And I thought I was starting to slow down at 72. :laughing: Good for you. :thumbsup: Do you have some help for the bigger projects?

Freeze drying is a lot faster than canning. Of course then you need a big freezer.
