- 2013 Kubota B2920 364FEL and 5ft Bush Hog Finish Mower, 1952 Ford 8n, Cub Cadet
My wife's approval for purchase of my B7510 last May was based on my repeated explanations of how much we would save by tackling many of our outdoor projects ourselves. While mowing the lawn was certainly one of them, landscaping our 3 year old house was her primary desire. So, with fall fast approaching I thought I'd start by excavating for the 70 foot paver walk I plan to install from the driveway to the front door. I hated to waste the beautiful grass so after laying the walkway out, I skimmed off the sod and transplanted it to another part of the lawn. 4 hours later with some FEL work and little hand finishing I had a 4' 6" wide 10 inch deep trench. Next, I’ll order the runner crush. I'll save about $2,500 by doing it myself. That means my Kubota is getting cheaper by the day, just like I promised!
