Just moved a shed. Vid on the unloading

I was given a 8.5 X 15 foot shed. I am planning one half as chicken coop, and the other garden tool and supply storage. Will drag in over to the garden area in the next few days. My oldest son posted the unloading on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c4m2phiN3Qs&feature=youtube_gdata_player I think that he filmed hoping for a fail. I am the guy in the spenders.

Well. . .there was a moment at the top of the skids when the shed seemed to be deciding if it was gonna go sideways or come down straight. It corrected itself and came sliding down nicely. It looks like the shed walls are in great shape, but you have a roof repair needed. How did you get the shed on the trailer when you loaded it?

We got the shed up on the bunks using come-alongs. A lot of work.
