kabota 7100 hst problems

Hi have a kabota 7100 hst seems to have a lot of pump whine it has 4000 hrs on it I chaged oil and filter last year still the same works fine but noisy , oh and any one kknow the compression psi of this engine thinknits the b750 thanks terry
