Kabota RTV900 Typo

It's surprising to see a big company like Kabota miss a typo on their flash presentation.

If you go to:

http://www.kubota.com/UV900/spotlight/index.html

and click on the "Powerful Engine" icon it brings up a box that says the D902 is a 4 cylinder engine. I think they meant to say 4 cycle. It's listed correctly in the "Specification" section.

Do I get one for free for pointing this out?

lol brings back a memory...

I had a Kubota brochure couple years ago on their "L" series. in the section where they extolled the virtues of their cab, they were intending on bragging about how large and open and "SPACIOUS" the cab was, but the word they in fact used was "SPECIOUS".

Interesting how one itsy bitsy letter can flavor an advertisement.

That's not so bad. In a store recently I saw some packaging for a Newman's Own Organic product that had a flaw in the film. It had been truncated to "Newman's Own Organ."

Needless to say, it wasn't selling very well! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I must apologize for my own "Kabota" typo. I'm from New England and we love our long a's up here. That’s what you get when you spell phonetically but don’t pronounce anything correctly.

It seems Kubota fixed the 4-cylinder error. Maybe they read this discussion group.

Scroll over the Warn 2.5CI Winch. They list it as the "Warm”. Maybe it gets that way when you use it.

My RTV900 is supposed to show up this week. The dealer says that the plow has come in but the steel cab won't be in for a month or two. He says they'll deliver with the plow and do an on site installation of the cab when it comes in. I had also ordered the heater, wiper and front lights so I assume that they'll all have to be installed on site as well as they require the cab.
