Seeders Kasco KED 72 no till/min till drrill

I purchased a Kasco KED 72 drill it is a three ploint hitch type and I am not having much luck getting it set up right particularly the cultipacker wheels any one have Ideas how best to hook up and adjust one of these?

Shouldn't be too difficult. Adjust your third link so that the drill is straight up and down. If two rows of packer wheels, make sure both rows on ground. I used to have a Brillion seeder similar.
