Kawasaki 17hp John Deere lt190

I’ve got an 09 lt 190 that when you start has power but engage the blade system it runs about a a minute and lose power and dies! The local service dealer said it sounded like a coil. Any help on this would be appreciated

Fuel filter first. Replace it with a larger one.

Does it just lose power without backfiring and popping? I would first check fuel flow (fuel filter?) and your air cleaner.

No back firing

See if it runs longer when you loosen or take off gas cap. Could be vent on gas cap plugged or not working right.
Does it have a electrical connection going to the bowl of carburetor? It is a type of solenoid that allows gas to flow to carburetor.
