I've had one for several years now, unfired, still in the box. A friend had one and I played around with his enough for me to get a yearning for one of my own. About the time I received the pistol, 22 mag ammo just disappeared around here, it was almost a year before I found any for sale, so between getting the itch to have one and the time it took to get the ammo, my itch had gone away, so I just put it on a shelf in the safe.
Since then, I've managed to accumulate several boxes of ammo, but still just don't feel the urge to shoot it up, I reload and I can shoot 9mm for quite a bit less than what the 22 mag costs.
There is nothing wrong with the pistol, it's light, great sights and pretty darned accurate at standard pistol distances. I like a larger grip and with a loaded magazine, it feels and handles pretty good With my friends, and all the ammo we shot through his, we never experienced any problems, no misfires, no failures to eject, no jams. It is very loud and if you pop one off late in the evening, it looks like flames jump two or three feet from the muzzle! That's a pretty impressive sight in it's own right.
I do like the 20 round magazine and since you the pistol comes with two of them, you can carry a pretty impressive ammo load with you. If you're a fan of the 22 mag and have the ammo, I'm sure you will absolutely love it, but the only reason I have one is because I bought it on impulse.
They are in high demand and the factory doesn't put many out each year, so it definitely makes a statement when you show up with one in a gun crowd.
