Got this idea from another post here where someone mentioned using an iPhone app. I checked the Kindle Fire Apps and found a free inclinometer which works pretty good. My Kindle case (rubberized and magnetic) allows me to drape the unit over the cross bar above my dashboard. Of course, I wouldn't leave it there permanently as I only wanted to use it to check a couple places around the property where the ol' tractor gets to leaning quite a bit. It sure works good for the occasional check.
I found that in those areas I routinely go, the most lean I had was 14 degrees. I suspect it could take quite a bit more before tipping (FEL down and no load).
