King Kutter

I'm looking at adding a rear blade for my B7610 Kubota. The local Farm N Fleet carries King Kutter blades starting with a 5ft. width. My questions are

1. Is King Kutter a good blade? 2. Is 5 ft. too much blade for my Kubota? I have not bought any new implements or attachments so my experience is limited in terms of what brand or size to buy.

The King Kutter pro series blades are a good blade.
Their standard/light duty blades are to light duty in my opinion.

I would think a 5' would be what you would want for your B7610.
I paid $540 for my woods 6'

What do you consider light duty? I will be using my blade to level dirt, maintain a white rock drive and plow snow.

Sometimes light duty does not relate to your tasks BUT how much you are going to do those tasks. IF YOU ONLY USE IT ON OCASSION no problem with light duty

When I bought my Woods RB72, my dealer suggested 6 footer as to cover wheel tracks when the blade is angled. With lesser HP than you, I have never had any trouble pulling that six footer with a B7510.

I agee on the occasional use thing. I bought one used (no brand) but very similar to the light duty ones they sell at Tractor Supply which are also KK.

I only use mine to grade the drive 2-3 times a year and occasionally scrape the corral. The main holes where you change the angle are a bit deformed, but still very usable for my needs. Plus, I couldn't beat the price. A 6 ft. blade for $100. I changed out the 3pt. pins and took a little of the rust off with a wire brush and went to work.

I agree on the wider thing. For a 5' wide tractor like my old TO-20 you need 7 foot to be wide enough when its angled to still cover the width of the machine.

I bought a 6' light duty King Kutter blade for around $375 last year new. I would not buy another. It was just too light. I sold it for $225 but it was a little bent up.

I agree with those who say go to a 6’ blade so you cover your tracks when it is angled. I don’t know the KK blades, do they off set and tilt as well as angle? Those are handy features for cleaning out ditches.
