I just did my 50 hour service on my kioti 2410. I'm having some trouble with my power steering and loader joystick. The power steering is stiff, although I worked it a bit and it loosened up a little. And the front end loader joystick is very sloppy. I was wondering if there could be some air in the system? Fluid level is good. Is there somewhere to bleed the air out? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Very possible some air is in the system from the service. Working the steering and joy stick should clear the air.

Did you change the Hydraulic Fluid or just the filters? If you changed the fluid, what did you use?

Is there that much fluid that comes out when you take the filters off?

My CK 30 joystick was sloppy after a few months due to the little balls weARING AT THE BASE OF THE JOYSTICK. THEY REPLACED THEM UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY HAD BEEN GOOD FOR A FEW YEARS NOW UNTIL I TRIED JUMPING OFF MY TRACTOR AND THE JOYSTICK WENT UP MY SHORTS AND I BROKE SOMETHING. THE JOYSTICK FLOPS EVERYWHERE NOW BUT STILL WORKS OK, however I am going to have to fit a new Kit in it I can see.
